How long does it take to make my order?
We take pride in our timely service. Once you've accepted our quote we will generate an invoice and ask for a payment (this may be part or in full depending on the project) , following receipt of which we will start to order fabrics etc. We then aim to take 4-6 weeks in production (depending on project scale)
Which fabric brands do you offer?
We offer over 60 different brands including Altfield, Andrew Martin, Anthology Fabrics, Black Edition, Baker Lifestyle, Brunschwig & Fils, Casamance Group, Designers Guild, Edmund Bell, Essente, GP&J Baker, Harlequin, Houlès Paris, Ian Mankin, James Hare, Jason D'Souza, Kirkby Design, Kai, Kravet, Kobe Interior Fabrics, Lee Jofa, Mark Alexander, Morris&Co, Romo , Rubelli, Sanderson Design Group, Villa Nova, Warwick, Wemyss, Wind , Zinc & Zimmer & Rohde.
If you've seen a fabric that you like from a company not on this list, not to worry, we can most probably still source it for you.
Have you got a showroom?
Yes we have. We are based in the Alder Hills area of Poole in a new building called The Studio. Here we have a large workspace where we make all of the soft furnishings that we offer. We also have a showroom dedicated to a good collection of fabric sample books and examples of the tracks and blinds that we also offer.
Can we come and visit ?
Yes you can. If you contact us first to arrange a time we would be happy to see you

Do you make blackout curtains?
Yes we do make blackout curtains and blinds. They can both be effective in blocking out light however they won't stop all light but certainly enough to help . Perfect for bedrooms and we'd say essential for kids rooms.
Why do you only offer services in the south of England?
Each of our items is hand-delivered and installed with care to ensure there is no creasing or damage by a courier. If you are more than 120 miles away don't despair, if you've a large project we could still be able to help.
We have a holiday home in Dorset , can you help us refresh it?
We have many customers who own second or holiday homes here on the beautiful South Coast. We are happy to fit around your schedule or deal with managing agents to get any work done whilst you're away.
