Our relationship with our client matters. For new clients, we always like to meet in person, either at our workroom, or we'll come to you.
CONSULTATION
We always like to meet face to face as it's a personal service that we offer. You'll know that you're in safe hands . After measuring up on site we can then start to look at fabric choices. Here we will discuss colour, style and what will best suit your space, using our selection of fabrics , trims and accessories.
QUOTATION
You'll receive a quote outlining the design choices you made in the initial consultation. We'll try to get that back to you in a timely manner. Upon acceptance and an initial part payment we will start to order fabrics etc and get your project into our work schedule.
PRODUCTION
Your product is custom made by hand in house using traditional sewing techniques.
We check measure before fitting, hanging and dressing to make sure everything is right.
We take pride in our timely service. From quote acceptance, we aim to take 4-6 weeks in production.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Your product is delivered by hand to save any damage by post. We are also happy to install. It's part of what we do!
